Advanced Multi-Alloy Chains with Premium Certifications
These are TUV GS and ONROM V5117-rated chains. The alloy configuration uses Boron, Titanium, Manganese, Chromium, and Carbon, with an 8-hour heat treatment at 900 C, making these materials superstrong and wear-resistant.
Carburized Alloy Steel (HV 720-780)
Surface-hardened through high-temperature carburizing to achieve Vickers hardness up to HV 750 - 2.5x stronger than ordinary chains and far more resistant to wear on ice, packed snow, and mixed terrain.
Hardened Case + Tough Core Construction
Hard outer shell for bite and traction, with a flexible inner core to absorb impacts - no brittle snapping even in -25C Himalayan conditions.
