1-year manufacturer's warranty
AdventureX4x4 products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
What the warranty excludes
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect. It also excludes accidental, cosmetic, impact and weather damage, and any damage arising from unauthorised modification or repair.
Damage caused by use beyond a product's stated specifications or intended purpose is not covered.
How to make a warranty claim
To make a claim, contact our support team with your proof of purchase (order number or invoice) and a description and photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and advise the next steps.
Service in India
Warranty claims in India are serviced through our Faridabad facility and our dealer network. Depending on the product and the issue, we will repair the item, replace the affected part, or replace the unit.
