Terms of Service

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, refunding you in full where payment was taken.

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order-confirmation email from us.

Expedition seats are reserved with a 25% deposit; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Expeditions involve inherent risk and require valid personal travel insurance.

All content on this site — text, images, designs, product names — belongs to AdventureX4x4 Outfitters or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
