Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about a product, an order, a payment, our website, or how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Email support@adventurex4x4.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88002 71840 with your order number (if any), a clear description of the issue, and any photographs or screenshots that help.

Please include your name, the contact details you ordered with, and the outcome you are seeking, so we can resolve it in one go.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2021, we acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt and work to resolve it within one month of the date it is received. For grievances about content or personal data under the IT Rules, we aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and act as the law requires.

If a complaint needs more time or third-party input — for example a courier investigation or a manufacturer warranty assessment — we will tell you so and keep you updated until it is closed.

For formal legal notices, escalated grievances, and matters requiring legal review, AdventureX4x4 is advised by its legal counsel and grievance-redressal partner, Unified Chambers And Associates. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our support team, it may be referred to Unified Chambers And Associates for independent review and response.
