Warranty, shipping & returns.

What warranty comes with AdventureX4x4 gear?

Every AdventureX4x4 product is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. It excludes wear and tear, misuse, accidental, cosmetic, impact and weather damage, and any unauthorised modification or repair. To claim, email support@adventurex4x4.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

How long does shipping take, and is it free?

We dispatch from Faridabad across India. Shipping is free on all orders of ₹25,000 and above; orders below that carry a flat ₹500 fee. Orders with payment cleared by 3:00 PM IST dispatch the same business day, otherwise the next. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch — metro cities are faster; remote and hill regions can take longer.

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or fit preference, so please check specifications and vehicle fitment before ordering. Genuinely defective items, or items damaged in transit, are always covered: report them within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund — just contact us with your order number as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Made-to-order and custom items can be cancelled only within 24 hours of ordering, because production begins shortly after.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and EMI through our secure Razorpay checkout. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. AdventureX4x4 ships worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted per order, as cost varies by destination and item size. Orders ship delivered duty unpaid (DDU) — import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
