Cancellation Policy — India

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. To cancel, contact us with your order number as early as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and all sales are final. From that point it is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy — which covers items that arrive defective or are damaged in transit, but not change of mind.

Made-to-order and custom items can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, because production begins shortly after ordering. After 24 hours these items cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
