Returns & Refunds — International
How replacements, refunds and warranty cover work for international orders shipped outside India. All sales are final, but genuinely defective or transit-damaged items are always covered.

All sales are final
All sales are final. As with our India policy, AdventureX4x4 does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit preference, or buyer's remorse. Please confirm specifications, dimensions and vehicle fitment before ordering, and contact us with any question before you buy.
This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods. Genuinely defective items, and items damaged in transit, are covered as set out below.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If an international order arrives defective or damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the packaging and product. These cases are handled individually — contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
For cross-border shipments, any import duties or taxes on a replacement, and any return shipping where one is required, are the customer's responsibility; the remedy itself (the replacement item or the refund of the product price) is at no cost to you. We recommend a tracked, insured service for any return we ask you to send, as AdventureX4x4 is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
1-year manufacturer's warranty
Beyond the 48-hour window, international orders carry the same 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our International Warranty policy for how cover and service work outside India.
Refunds
Where a refund is due for a defective or transit-damaged item, the refundable amount is the price of the affected item(s) and excludes the original shipping cost and any duties or taxes already paid. Once we receive and inspect any item we have asked you to return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
