Overview
The AdventureX4x4 Expedition Series Full Height Canopy is built to be the best full-height Hilux canopy in India for overlanders, explorers, fleet operators and outdoor enthusiasts who refuse to choose between strength and capability. Constructed from galvanized steel in panels selected by load requirement — 1.5mm to 2mm depending on where the stress goes — it is engineered to support rooftop tents and expedition equipment and turn a Toyota Hilux pickup into a genuine touring and adventure platform. This is not a cosmetic cap; it is a structural system designed to take a beating across the kind of terrain Indian overlanders actually run — Spiti, Ladakh, the high Himalayas, the Rann and the Western Ghats.
At its core is a reinforced roof structure carried by five internal support beams that distribute loads across the canopy and reduce flex when you are running a rooftop tent, solar panels, recovery boards and the rest of your kit up top. Those beams feed into an integrated heavy-duty roof rack system, where laser-cut 4.5mm steel crossbars are built directly into the canopy structure — creating a continuous, deliberate load path from the roof straight down through the body rather than a rack bolted on as an afterthought.
Strength continues down the sides and into the bed. Double-layer Molle side doors give you an internal Molle storage panel and an external Molle utility panel on each side, with reinforced double-skin construction and a secure locking system. Heavy-duty 2-inch rectangular structural spacers tie the front and rear sections to the side panels for a rigid framework, while a reinforced 10-point mounting system spreads the load evenly across the vehicle bed. An integrated lighting package — interior scene light, dual rear-facing scene lights and a high-mounted LED stop lamp — means you can work, pack and reverse in the dark without rigging temporary lights.
Finished in premium powder coat over galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and long-term durability, this canopy is rated for a static roof load of up to 500kg and a dynamic roof load of up to 200kg, with an approximate weight of 105kg. It is, by design, not the lightest canopy on the market — it is one of the strongest, with every component engineered for long-distance touring, rooftop tent use and challenging off-road environments. Built for the journey. Engineered for the destination.
Built from galvanized steel panels in 1.5mm to 2mm thicknesses, each selected by load requirement, for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability in the harshest touring environments.
Five internal structural support beams distribute loads across the canopy, dramatically reducing flex when you are carrying rooftop tents, solar panels, recovery equipment and expedition gear up top.
Rated for a static roof load of up to 500kg and a dynamic roof load of up to 200kg — ample headroom for rooftop tents, awnings, recovery boards, solar panels and the full expedition load-out.
Laser-cut 4.5mm steel crossbars are integrated directly into the canopy structure, not bolted on afterward, creating a strong continuous load path from the roof down through the body.
Each side door carries an internal Molle storage panel and an external Molle utility panel over reinforced double-skin construction, with a secure locking system to keep your kit organized and protected.
A reinforced 10-point mounting system distributes loads evenly across the vehicle bed, anchoring the canopy as a rigid part of the platform rather than a loose shell.
Heavy-duty 2-inch rectangular structural spacers tie the front and rear sections to the side panels, locking the whole assembly into one rigid framework built to resist twist off-road.
An interior scene light, dual rear-facing scene lights and a high-mounted LED stop lamp are built in — so you can pack, work and reverse after dark without rigging temporary lighting.

Questions, answered
The Expedition Series Full Height Canopy is built for the Toyota Hilux pickup bed. Because Hilux models and years vary, please confirm your exact model and year with us on WhatsApp at +91-8800271840 before ordering so we can match the correct fitment.
The roof is rated for a static load of up to 500kg and a dynamic load of up to 200kg. That makes it suitable for rooftop tents, awnings, recovery boards, solar panels and expedition equipment. Static is the stationary/parked limit; dynamic is the limit while driving.
It is constructed from galvanized steel in 1.5mm to 2mm panels selected by load requirement, finished in premium powder coat. Galvanized steel plus powder coating is chosen specifically for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability in tough environments.
Yes. It is engineered for rooftop tent use, with five internal roof support beams and an integrated 4.5mm steel-crossbar roof rack creating a strong load path. With up to 500kg static and 200kg dynamic roof capacity, it is purpose-built for rooftop tent setups, overlanding, camping expeditions and support-vehicle duty.
The canopy comes with an integrated lighting package: an interior scene light, dual rear-facing scene lights and a high-mounted LED stop lamp — so you can work and pack in the dark and stay visible from behind.
It uses a reinforced 10-point mounting system that distributes loads evenly across the vehicle bed, with heavy-duty 2-inch rectangular structural spacers connecting the front and rear sections to the side panels for a rigid overall framework.
It weighs approximately 105kg. By design this is not the lightest canopy on the market — it is one of the strongest, with every component engineered for long-distance touring, rooftop tent use and challenging off-road environments.
