Returns & Refunds — India

We build gear for the long haul and want you sure of your choice before you order. All sales are final, but genuinely defective or transit-damaged items are always covered. How replacements, refunds and warranty cover work for orders delivered within India.

All sales are final

All sales are final. AdventureX4x4 does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit preference, or buyer's remorse. Please check specifications, dimensions and vehicle fitment carefully before ordering, and reach out to us — by email, phone or WhatsApp — if you have any question before you buy. We are glad to help you choose the right gear.

This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods. Genuinely defective items, and items damaged in transit, are covered as set out below.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If an item arrives defective, or is damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@adventurex4x4.com or on WhatsApp at +91 88002 71840, with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Where a replacement or refund is due, do not ship anything back before we confirm the next steps — we will issue a return authorisation and instructions, and AdventureX4x4 covers the return shipping in full for defective or incorrect items.

1-year manufacturer's warranty

Beyond the 48-hour window, every AdventureX4x4 product is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. See our Warranty policy for what is covered and how to claim.

Refunds

Where a refund is due — for an item that arrived defective or damaged in transit — we process it to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. You will be notified when the refund is issued; the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
